All payments made to The Brawdy Group for the App—whether a setup fee, feature fee, or monthly subscription fee—are final. No refunds will be provided once the App has been launched or beta testing is complete. Cancellation of services requires a 30-day written notice. The nonrefundable portion of the setup fee is designated as prepayment for development work.
